Our Story

Why We Exist

Process Animation was founded in response to a pattern we saw repeatedly across enterprise environments: organizations investing significant resources in technology transformations and process improvement initiatives, only to watch those investments underperform because the operational groundwork wasn't in place.

The root causes were almost always the same: processes that were poorly understood before implementation began, requirements that didn't reflect operational reality, and change programs bolted on at the end rather than integrated from the start.

We built Process Animation to solve that specific set of problems. Our practice is built around the capabilities that consistently determine whether a transformation succeeds or stalls: precise process documentation, analytical depth, business-to-technical translation, and Prosci-certified change management. What we have found, across every technology wave from ERP to automation to AI, is that the capabilities that determine success do not change with the tools.
