Pre-Implementation

The technology is selected. The processes are not ready.

The ERP is bought. The implementation timeline is set. Nobody has documented how the work actually flows today, and the requirements workshop is surfacing conflicting assumptions the vendor has never encountered before. We step in before the build to map current state, surface what is actually happening, and produce a requirements baseline the implementation team can use.

Post Go-Live

The go-live happened. Adoption did not.

The system is live. Workarounds are multiplying. The business is operating around the technology instead of through it, and no one can explain the gap between what was configured and what the organization actually needed. We audit the disconnect, document what should have been captured before go-live, and rebuild the operational foundation the deployment assumed was there.

Business stakeholders and technical teams speak different languages. Requirements agreed to in the kickoff workshop drift steadily from what gets built. By UAT, the gap is visible and expensive. We manage the full requirements lifecycle, maintaining traceability from the initial BRD through test sign-off so that drift is caught while it is still correctable.

Automation Strategy

The automation went live on schedule. It is now executing the same waste-laden workflow faster than before. We qualify every automation candidate against Lean principles before it enters the pipeline, so that technology investments eliminate waste rather than lock it in permanently.
